Fee schedules* as of August 01, 2021
For goods for sale whose price is less than € 99,999
8% TTC (with a minimum of 3000 € )
For properties for sale whose price is between €100,000 and €149,999
7% TTC
For properties for sale whose price is between € 150,000 and € 299,999
6% TTC
For goods for sale whose price is more than € 299,000
5% TTC
* Sales mandate: Fees to be paid by the purchaser. The amounts of the fees will be rounded to the nearest hundred euros.
Special cases
Fees for a research mandate
- The purchaser will not be liable to our agency for any fees or expenses.
- Our agency, in this case, is exclusively remunerated by the agency holding the sales mandate, by way of retrocession of fees.
Building plot
- 10% of the sale price including VAT with a minimum of 4500 euros including VAT.
Value Notice Fees
- 150 euros TTC up to 90m2 of living space
- 250 euros TTC above 90m2 of living space
- 100 euros TTC for a plot of land
