Good to know

Since the ELAN law, it is possible to attend the general assembly other than by physically going to the meeting. The co-owners now have the possibility to participate by videoconference or by any other means of electronic communication allowing their identification. It also provides for the possibility of voting by mail before the general meeting is held, by means of a form. The ELAN law also specifies that the answers of co-owners who have no precise meaning of voting or who express an abstention will be considered as negative votes as well as postal votes on resolutions which, at the end of the debates at the general meeting, would have evolved substantially.
