A reconversion in real estate is quite conceivable also for self-taught people. The prerequisite being an ability to be comfortable on the commercial part: often a point of one's own personality that one naturally in oneself or not ... The financial aspect is important, but you might be disappointed if you only bet on it in the short term. The profession is learned in practice (each situation being unique), a first solid foundation in theoretical and legal knowledge will however remain important at the risk of discrediting you if you do not provide the right answers to your customers.
